- 1 puff pastry
For the filling:
- 150gr milk
- 150gr full fat cream
- 40gr butter 82%
- 40gr all purpose flour
- 100gr shredded graviera cheese
- 1 egg
- 40gr onion
- 40gr leek
- 100gr mushroom
- 50gr Ranis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Make a béchamel with flour, butter, milk & cream.
In a pan, sautè the onion, leek & mushrooms with the olive oil.
Add the vegetables to the béchamel, along with the egg, cheese, salt & pepper.
Spread the puff pastry in a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes at 170◦C.
Add the filling and bake for another 25 minutes at 170◦C.
