Carbonara with sausages

  • 250gr spaghetti No7
  • 100gr parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100gr sausages
  • 50gr Ranis extra virgin olive oil

In a pot, boil salted water and add the spaghetti. Keep some water of the water before straining.
Sauté the sausage in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Place the egg yolks and parmesan cheese in a bowl, add salt & pepper and mix.
Pour some of the water.
Add the spaghetti and mix, serve with the sausage.
