- 200gr mayonnaise
- 5 bacon slices
- 4 boiled eggs
- 3 chopped spring onions
- 1/2 bunch of chervil, chopped30ml Ranis Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 20gr chopped dried tomato
- Brioche bun & some butter
Cut the bread into slices, spread some butter and put it in a frying pan a few seconds in both sides. In another pan, crisp the bacon slices and then chop.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the egg salad and mix.
Fill the sandos with the egg salad mixture, cut in half and serve.
