- 100gr smoked salmom
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- 70gr cucumber
- 1 Tsp cottage cheese
- 15gr dill
- 40gr Ranis extra virgin olive oil
Make a quick pickle with the cucumber slices, 1 Tsp red vinegar and a little salt.
Serve all the ingredients on a plate and finish with Ranis extra virgin olive oil.
