Χοιρινό Καρέ με πιπερίες & φρέσκο κρεμμυδάκι [ Πιάτο του Γιώργου Μιχαλόπουλου ]

Pork loin with peppers & spring onion

For the pepper & spring onion farce:

  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 spring onions
  • 30gr Castello del Barone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10 mint leaves

Put all ingredients in a blender and beat together with salt a& pepper.
We pass our steak from the grill and then season it with butter and fresh thyme.
