Sausages with onions, apples and honey

  • 250gr sausages
  • 1 green apples cut in 8
  • 1 Tsp honey
  • 1 onion cut in 8
  • 50gr Castello del Barone extra virgin olive oil

In a cast iron pan, put the onions without fat on a low heat to caramelize for 20 minutes.
Add extra virgin olive oil and the apples. Let them brown.
Add the sausages and a little more extra virgin olive oil.
Put in the oven at 200◦C for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add the honey and bake for another 5 minutes.
