- 900gr boneless chicken legs
- 60gr sliced onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp coriander
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1tsp dry thyme
- 50ml Castello del Barone extra virgin olive oil
- 200gr aromatic yogurt with spearmint & lime
- 3 corn pita breads
In a bowl put the chicken with onion, garlic, spices, yogurt, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Mix well and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake at 180◦C for 30-35 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and chop.
Serve on the pita breads along with the aromatic yogurt.
