- 200gr. finely sliced celery root
- 30gr. Castello del Barone EVOO
- 40gr. finely sliced carrot
- 30gr. pomegranate
- 12gr. lime juice
- 15gr. spring onions
- 4γρ. Άνηθος
- 35gr. orange fillets
- 100gr. chicken “apaki”
Grill the apaki chicken for 2 minutes on each side.
Put the celery and carrot into a bowl, then add the extra virgin olive oil and lime juice and let them marinate for 5 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Serve the salad and put the chicken on top.
Finish the dish with Costello del Barone extra virgin olive oil.
