- 150gr. peeled artichokes
- 50gr. extra virgin olive oil Ranis 150gr mizithra cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100gr full fat Greek yoghurt 60gr spring onions
- 1 savory tart dough Salt/pepper
In a pan sauté the artichokes & spring onion in extra virgin olive oil for 7-8 minutes until the artichokes soften. Pour into a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the tart dough in a baking pan and fill with the artichoke mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180◦C for 40 minutes.
