- 30gr extra virgin olive oil Ranis
- 6 asparagus sauted in extra virgin olive oil
- 6 prosciutto slices
- 100gr mixed green salad
- 50gr balsamic vinegar cream
- 30 gr grated parmesan cheese
- Salt / Pepper
Put the salad, balsamic cream, extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper in a bowl and lightly mix.
Spread the prosciutto slices on a surface.
Add the asparagus and the salad. Roll up.
Serve with parmesan cheese, balsamic cream and Ranis extra virgin olive oil.
