Asparagus, rocket & prosciutto salad

  • 30gr extra virgin olive oil Ranis
  • 6 asparagus sauted in extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 prosciutto slices
  • 100gr mixed green salad
  • 50gr balsamic vinegar cream
  • 30 gr grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt / Pepper

Put the salad, balsamic cream, extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper in a bowl and lightly mix.
Spread the prosciutto slices on a surface.
Add the asparagus and the salad. Roll up.
Serve with parmesan cheese, balsamic cream and Ranis extra virgin olive oil.
