Ingredients
- 1 sea bream
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- thyme
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon

- Thoroughly clean and wash the sea bream
- Wash the vegetables and cut in thin slices
- Season the sea bream and add slices of carrot, zucchini and lemon inside the fish
- Place the rest of the vegetables on parchment paper, and place the fish on top
- Drizzle with olive oil and wrap the fish with the paper
- Grill at 180 C for 20 minutes
Olive oil Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 350 ml olive oil
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1-2 lemons
- salt
- pepper

- In a bowl add the egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice.
- Whisk together well and gradually add the olive oil
- Finish with salt, pepper and thyme
