Penne with sausages, feta cheese, peppers & mushrooms

  • 500gr penne pasta
  • 200gr. sliced sausage with leek
  • 100gr. feta cheese
  • 60gr. extra virgin olive oil Ranis
  • 1 sliced greek pepper
  • 250gr. sliced white mushrooms

Boil the penne in salted water and strain.
In a pan, sauté the mushrooms, peppers and sausage with olive oil.
Add the penne and water from the pasta.
Let the sauce set and serve
