- 500gr penne pasta
- 200gr. sliced sausage with leek
- 100gr. feta cheese
- 60gr. extra virgin olive oil Ranis
- 1 sliced greek pepper
- 250gr. sliced white mushrooms
Boil the penne in salted water and strain.
In a pan, sauté the mushrooms, peppers and sausage with olive oil.
Add the penne and water from the pasta.
Let the sauce set and serve
