κουσκουσάκι με κουρκουμά

Turmeric, curry & green apple couscous

  • 20gr. Extra virgin olive oil Ranis
  • 60gr. finely chopped onion
  • 2gr. Finely chopped garlic
  • 5gr. Curry powder
  • 5gr. turmeric powder
  • 100gr. cush cush
  • 200gr. chicken broth
  • 15gr. Diced green apple
  • Salt / Pepper

Method

Sautè the onion and garlic with olive oil. Add the couscous, stock and spices. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve on a plate, garnish with the green apple on top and optionally, with some finely chopped Lefkada salami. Finish the dish with a little extra virgin olive oil.
