- 20gr. Extra virgin olive oil Ranis
- 60gr. finely chopped onion
- 2gr. Finely chopped garlic
- 5gr. Curry powder
- 5gr. turmeric powder
- 100gr. cush cush
- 200gr. chicken broth
- 15gr. Diced green apple
- Salt / Pepper
Method
Sautè the onion and garlic with olive oil. Add the couscous, stock and spices. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve on a plate, garnish with the green apple on top and optionally, with some finely chopped Lefkada salami. Finish the dish with a little extra virgin olive oil.
