- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1/2 of an avocado, sliced
- 100gr hummus
- 150gr mesclun salad
- Some balsamic cream
- 1 sliced lime
- Some black sesame
- Extra virgin olive oil Ranis
For the toast
Grease the slice of bread with some extra virgin olive oil and grill on both sides; place on a plate.
Spread a layer of hummus and put the sliced avocado on top.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil over the avocado to make it glossy and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Put 2 slices of lime.
For the salad, mix the mesclun with the balsamic vinegar and serve next to the avocado toast.
Optionally, serve with some parmesan flakes or aged gruyere cheese.
