For the filling
- 500gr feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 20ml Ranis extra virgin olive oil
- Salt / Pepper
- 500gr Crust Filo Pastry
In a bowl, mix the cheese, eggs, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Cut the filo sheets in long stripes; place some filling on the top and start rolling into triangles.
Put an equal amount of honey & ouzo in a pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Fry the cheese pies in olive oil and serve with the honey and flaxseed sauce.
